What’s unique?  This room has a king-sized bed is fully furnished with a king-sized bed.  It is the quietest room in the house as it is furthest away from all the communal areas.  There is one bathroom on this floor and only one other bedroom on the same floor.  It also has a landing just outside next to the room that tends to be used only by the person occupying this room.

This room is fully furnished with a large desk with drawers, swivel chair, book case and built-in wardrobe with a generous amount of space.

Tenants for this house tend to be from Coventry or Warwick University, who are second years to final year students and postgrads.  We may accept working professionals and first-years so talk to us about that.

ABOUT THE RENT

Rent quoted is for single occupancy only and includes gas, electricity, water and superfast wireless broadband.  Council tax is excluded but you will be exempt from this if you are a full-time student.
