Rental prices

• The rent advertised on a per room basis varies from £410 for a single bedroom to £615 for a double ensuite. Doubles range from £460 to £570, depending on size of room, location and amenities.
• Rent for individuals include gas, electricity, water and unlimited superfast broadband. Prices quoted on this website are after a prompt payment discount has been applied to those who pay their rent promptly and termly (between 1 to 3 tranches).
• Groups that wish to book all the rooms in a house (and therefore on a joint tenancy agreement) are entitled to a further rent reduction. Please contact us to discuss this.
