What’s unique?  This is a super-sized room, the largest in the house, with the most amount of storage and study space.  You can even fit a small sofa into this room if you like.  You won’t find many of these in Coventry.  It is suitable for individuals and couples.

This room is fully furnished a double bed and two of most things – a large desk with drawers, a small desk, two chairs (one being a swivel chair), two book cases and two mirrored wardrobes.

This house is fully licensed with Coventry City Council and conforms to health and safety standards.  It is fully fitted with fire doors and a Grade A LDII fire detection system, which is of a higher grade than required by current regulations.

Tenants for this house tend to be from Coventry or Warwick University, who are second years to final year students and postgrads.  We may accept working professionals and first-years so talk to us about that.

This house is not suitable for:
– tenants with pets or on Housing Benefit
– children

ABOUT THE RENT

Rent quoted is on the basis of single occupancy.  It includes gas, electricity, water and superfast wireless broadband.  Council tax is excluded but you will be exempt from this if you are a full-time student.

For double occupancy, select ‘2 guests’ when booking – this will cost only £61 more per month, or £2 per day.
