ABOUT THIS ROOM
What’s unique? This is the largest room in the house – a beautiful loft conversion benefiting from plenty of natural light from two large Velux windows. There are black-out blinds with the windows so you choose not to look at the stars from your bed at night, you can make this room the darkest in the house. Being the only room on the top floor, it is furthest away from the communal areas – a sanctuary offering the most peace and quiet.
It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with drawers, a swivel chair, built-in (lockable) bookshelves and cupboard space for luggage. A TV aerial is installed.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
This house is a:
– 30 second walk to two to three well-stocked convenience shops along the street

The house is warm and homely, with pine floors in bedrooms and the communal lounge.
The lounge is furnished with two sofas, coffee table and lounge cupboard. The kitchen has a skylight which lets in plenty of natural light. Lots of food storage space in the fridge, freezer and kitchen cabinets with kitchen equipment (crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment) provided.
There are two bathrooms in this house, one of which is part of Bedroom 3, the ensuite bedroom. The communal bathroom is therefore shared by the remaining three tenants.
There is a lovely rear garden where we are waiting for our lavender plants to grow bigger and tulips to flower in spring. A secure common access by the house to bring your bikes through the back garden for storage in the padlocked bike shed.
This house is registered with Coventry City Council and conforms to health and safety standards. It is fully fitted with fire doors and a Grade D multi-linked fire detection system, which is of a higher grade than required by current regulations.
