Who we are and the way we work
We own and manage all the properties you see on our website, and have been offering student accommodation and professional houseshares in Coventry as accredited landlords for more than 8 years.
Having experienced years of house-sharing ourselves as undergrads, postgrads and working people , we are familiar with the joys and grrrs.... (frustrations) of living in shared houses. Although we don't go to the extent of prescribing whether tenants leave toilet seats up or down, we organise our accommodation to achieve happy households, happy tenants - as much as humanly possible!
We provide guides for our tenants so they can settle in quickly into their new house and house-share. These include tips on how to have a successful house-sharing experience, as we realise that tenants have different levels of experience of renting or house-sharing and renting in the UK for international students, interns or professionals. We only offer accommodation of a high standard. We regularly and proactively maintain all our houses, and take action within 1-2 working days when tenants bring issues to our attention. The safety and well-being of our tenants is paramount so rest assured we observe UK laws and regulations (for tenancy, health and safety, licensing) and more.
If you are looking for great accommodation and a nice, fair landlord, you are likely to have a positive renting experience with us. If you enjoy loud music, entertaining guests frequently till the wee hours of the morning, chances are that you might not get on with our typical tenants.
People who rent with us appreciate us for our responsiveness. You never need to worry that we will ignore your communication, raise the rent, terminate your agreement or deduct your deposit just because you've raised an issue with your room, house or housemates. That’s just not how we work.
