Way of Working

For the comfort and safety of all our tenants, smoking is not permitted within our properties.   Smokers are also likely to have their deposits deducted substantially, as cigarette smoke will impact paintwork and soft furnishings.

We operate a strict no-drugs policy and all visitors and guests will need to leave the premises by 10.30 p.m. to observe all paying tenants’ rights to quiet enjoyment of the house.

Tenants who have frequent guests and parties are likely to find their lifestyles incompatible with housemates and neighbours and our way of working restrictive.
